2.  Sodium Ion-Exchanging Device

Purpose:The equipment is for reducing the hardness of raw water .Raw water to be de-mineralized goes through the exchanger from bottom to up.The positive ions of magnesium and calcium are exchanged with sodium.Then the raw water becomes soft water containing very few ions of magnesium.The de-mineralized water can be used for boiler and some other industries.Due to the high dissolving ability of sodium ion in water,scale can hardly be formed in the boiler and can be easily removed.Water shall be filtered and clarified before coming into the exchanger.After being de-mineralized in the device,the water hardness will be less than 0.03ppm.

It is used for making mineral water, organic objects, microorganism, colloids, micro-granules, etc. That are not eliminated by the previous filters in the water will be thoroughly eliminated. But the healthful microelements in the water are reserved.

Advanced membrane separating technology is used. The ultrafilter adopts dissymmetrieal semipermeable film which is made from macromolecule material with special process. The raw liquid flows under pressure,inside or out side the film. The macromolecule substance and colloid particles in the raw liquid are clogged at the film suface and are brought away by circulating wraw liquid. Then the raw liquid becomes inspissated, and further more, the subtance in liquid is seperated,concentrated.
